A Humanoid Built for Your Desk
Most humanoid robots in the headlines are built to walk, lift boxes or work a factory line. Echo TableTop is built to sit on a table and talk with you. Realbotix, the Las Vegas company known for its lifelike companion robots, unveiled the Echo line on October 26, 2026, and the TableTop is the smaller, more affordable of its two sizes.
The robot is a lifelike head-and-torso figure on a round base, designed for one-on-one conversation rather than heavy work. Realbotix describes its Echo humanoids as built for real, everyday connection, each with its own face, voice and personality.

Size, Weight and Moving Parts
According to Realbotix, Echo TableTop has 17 degrees of freedom, which are the individual ways its face, neck and upper body can move. It stands about 31 inches tall for the female personas and 32 inches for the male ones, covers a footprint of 13 by 13 inches and weighs about 25 pounds. The company notes that sizes and weights are approximate.
That makes it a robot you could place on a reception desk, a classroom table or a bedside cabinet. It plugs into a standard wall outlet, so there is no battery pack to charge or swap.

Four Personas, Four Faces
Buyers choose one of four personas. Aria is described as bright and uplifting, Mila as calm and empathetic, Dave as sharp and witty, and Amar as bold and protective. Each has its own eye colour, hair and voice, and the company suggests different best-fit roles for each, such as wellness and education for Aria or greeter and healthcare for Amar.
The face and neck use Realbotix's proprietary silicone synthetic skin, which the company says gives a humanlike face full of expression rather than a screen or a metal machine. The robot is built in Las Vegas.
Conversation Is the Main Feature
Every Echo talks, listens and reacts with a personality of its own. Realbotix says each robot speaks over 100 languages and answers in the language it is addressed in, and that it has native support for the AI assistants ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Speakers sit inside the chest cavity.
Owners shape the robot's personality in the Realbotix App on their phone. Higher-tier plans add features such as remembering past conversations, editing personas and scenes, and uploading your own knowledge base.

What It Costs, Including the Subscription
Echo TableTop is priced at $11,950, while the larger Full-body model costs $59,950. Realbotix also requires a monthly AI plan to run any Echo, starting at $19.99 a month for the Base plan with 10 hours of conversation. Plus is $39.99 a month, and the Enterprise tiers are $199 a month.
Reserving a unit takes a $199 deposit that counts toward the purchase price. Realbotix says half the price is invoiced before the robot is built, with the rest due before delivery. The first 50 reservations get $120 toward an Echo AI plan.
Who Realbotix Thinks Will Buy It
The company points to education, elder care, wellness, hospitality and retail, and corporate services. In a classroom it could offer affordable support, in care settings it could provide companionship and daily check-ins for staff, and in a lobby it could act as a brand ambassador or concierge.
Realbotix also says it aims to ease the global loneliness epidemic in an affordable way. The press release positions the TableTop for one-on-one education, therapy and personal wellness.

An Optional Pair of Eyes
For an extra $24,950, buyers can add the Vinci Vision System to any Echo. It lets the robot recognise who is in the room, keep eye contact and pick up on behaviour and emotional cues. The add-on requires the Enterprise with Vision plan at $199 a month.
Realbotix says what Vinci sees stays on the robot and the owner's phone and never goes to the cloud, and that it does not record or store conversations. Those are the company's own statements, and the page does not describe independent testing.
A Small Batch and a Long Wait
Production is deliberately limited. Realbotix plans only 225 TableTop robots and 25 Full-body robots for 2027, with deliveries expected to begin in the second half of 2027 and available only within the United States. The company says delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Realbotix plans to show Echo at CES 2027 in Las Vegas from January 6 to 9. The company also notes that some images and videos on its website are AI-generated renderings, so the final robot may differ in appearance and finish.
