Codroid 02 is a heavy-load industrial humanoid robot developed by ESTUN Codroid, the embodied AI venture formed by industrial automation manufacturer ESTUN. Engineered for collaborative factory lines and flexible logistics, Codroid 02 stands 170 cm tall, weighs 70 kg (excluding battery, ~80 kg operating), and possesses 44 degrees of freedom across its frame (including 7 DoF per arm, 6 DoF per leg, and 6 DoF per dexterous bionic hand). It provides a single-arm payload of 5 kg and an overall heavy handling capacity of up to 35 kg, powered by integrated joint modules with high torque density. Featuring a dual-tiered 'Brain' and 'Cerebellum' control system, IP54 protection, and native industrial bus connectivity (Modbus, RS485, CAN, Ethernet), Codroid 02 performs vision-guided teaching, adaptive parts picking, and precision collaborative assembly.

TUOYUAN is Shanghai Electric's heavy-duty industrial wheeled humanoid robot engineered for high-precision factory automation and flexible manufacturing. Unveiled at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), TUOYUAN combines an omnidirectional mobile base with an articulated humanoid upper body and dual high-load arms. The robot features proprietary planetary roller screws—delivering more than three times the load capacity of standard ball screws—and DexHand dexterous end effectors. Powered by an embodied intelligence foundation model and force-position hybrid control, TUOYUAN executes multi-specification electrical connector insertion, raw material sorting, and loading/unloading of automotive sheet metal components.
