Major Humanoid Robots Launched in Q1 2026 (January–March)

Fauna Robotics came out of stealth on January 27, 2026 with Sprout, a 107 cm developer humanoid that weighs 22.7 kg and has 29 degrees of freedom. Compliant legs and soft materials keep it safe around people, and it carries NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin compute and a ZED 2i stereo camera. Sprout walks at 0.8 m/s and runs about three to three and a half hours per charge. Its design targets research, education and commercial development teams that need a compact, friendly platform to test physical AI.

SwitchBot unveiled Onero H1 at CES in January 2026, its first humanoid and the quarter's clearest home-chore launch. The company is better known for smart-home gadgets such as curtain motors and switch pushers, and Onero is meant to tie those devices together with a pair of hands. The 1.3 m robot rolls on wheels, and its 22 degrees of freedom sit in the arms and hands. SwitchBot's OmniSense vision-language-action model runs on the robot itself, so it does not depend on the cloud.

UniX AI's Panther made its official CES 2026 debut alongside the company's Wanda and Martian humanoids. It is a full-size wheeled dual-arm robot with 34 degrees of freedom, 8-DoF bionic arms that each lift 12 kg and an 80 cm vertical lift for reaching from floor to upper shelves. Four-wheel omnidirectional mobility and a 48 V drive system suit narrow commercial spaces. Its 9 kWh battery is rated for 8 to 16 hours of operation, among the longest runtimes of any robot launched this quarter.

Zeroth Intelligence introduced Jupiter at CES in January 2026, a 1.65 m, 60 kg bipedal humanoid shown alongside a lineup of home and service robots. It can navigate on its own or be driven by a remote operator, which suits tasks where a person may need to step in. Jupiter walks at 3 km/h, climbs stairs and avoids obstacles, and each arm carries 5 kg. It has more than 40 degrees of freedom, and a 2 kWh battery gives about four hours of work.

MirrorMe Technology launched Bolt on February 2, 2026, a 175 cm, 75 kg humanoid that reached 10 m/s, about 22 mph, in a real-world sprint test, a record for a full-size humanoid at the time. Redesigned high-power joints and an optimized power system let it hold a natural running gait and balance at that pace. Bolt has more than 40 degrees of freedom, carries 20 kg while moving and 40 kg standing still, and runs three to five hours depending on how hard it works. It is the quarter's clearest speed story.

DroidUp unveiled Moya on February 4, 2026 at Shanghai's Zhangjiang Robotics Valley as a biomimetic humanoid built to feel human up close. The 1.65 m, 32 kg robot has skin that stays at 32 to 36°C, micro-expressions such as smiling and winking, and a walking gait DroidUp rates as 92% human-like. Its modular head supports eye contact, and the maker targets elder care and social settings. A 1 kWh battery gives about four hours of use. Its face and warmth are the main selling points.

Addverb unveiled the Elixis-W on February 5, 2026 at LogiMAT India in Mumbai as India's first domestically built wheeled humanoid. It is made for warehouse intralogistics, with dual arms, five-fingered hands, four stereo depth cameras, a 3D LiDAR and two NVIDIA computers. The 75 kg robot has 41 degrees of freedom, carries 10 kg across both arms and drives at up to 1.5 m/s. A lithium-ion battery covers 1.5 to 2 hours of continuous work. Addverb is an Indian warehouse automation company.

Honor showed its first humanoid at Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona in March, part of the phone maker's push into embodied AI. The bipedal robot weighs about 80 kg, walks at around 4 km/h and has more than 40 degrees of freedom, with 5 kg of capacity per arm. A HESAI LiDAR, stereo cameras and RGB cameras handle perception, and the battery lasts two to four hours. Honor demonstrated handshakes and waves, and pointed it at shopping assistance and inspections.
