The PUDU D5 is an industry-grade autonomous quadruped robot designed for demanding industrial and outdoor environments, including warehouses, construction sites, inspection areas, and rough terrains. It features hybrid leg-wheel locomotion for agile mobility, reaching speeds up to 5 m/s on flat ground, climbing 30° slopes, and handling continuous 25 cm steps or stairs. Equipped with dual 192-line LiDARs and four fisheye cameras for 360° perception, it enables real-time SLAM, 3D reconstruction, dynamic obstacle avoidance, and centimeter-level localization. Powered by NVIDIA Orin and RK3588 processors delivering up to 275 TOPS, the D5 supports autonomous navigation, intelligent following, voice/gesture interaction, and payload transport up to 30 kg. Its robust aluminum frame with IP67 rating and wide temperature tolerance ensures reliability in harsh conditions, targeting inspection, delivery, security, and research applications across energy, manufacturing, and logistics sectors.
